single-machine intelligent welding workstation is mainly used for robot-automated welding of various steel structure fillet welds. The workstation meets the welding requirements of fillet welds such as H-shaped steel structures and diaphragms.

Each welding workstation includes a control system, a ground-track walking mechanism, an arc welding robot, a welding power source and cooling water tank, an intelligent welding vision system, a water-cooled welding gun, and a gun cleaning station.

 

Welding seam form: straight flat fillet weld, flat folding fillet Weld, fillet weld in the vertical position, corner wrapping welding(excluding multi-layer and multi-pass). Steel structure products: including H-shaped steel columns, roof beams, crane beams (travel track beams), purlins and other relatively open steel structure products;

7) There is an anti-collision sensor at the front end of the robot, which can stop the machine in time for protection in case of collision. At the same time, the automatic gun cleaning and wire cutting system can be configured according to needs.
8) Intelligent welding functions such as workstation parametric modeling, 3D digital model drive, intelligent planning of welding path, laser vision sensor photo correction path, alarm for exceeding the limit deviation range, matching parameters and process library to automatically create welding programs.
